Mike is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of EndorseMed, the platform redefining how patients find quality medical care, bringing the kind of insider knowledge physicians have always shared among themselves to everyone who needs it.

A practicing physician at one of the world's best hospitals, Mike is involved in hospital leadership and quality improvement. He knows firsthand how difficult it can be for patients to be connected to the right people.

Mike is also a national leader in medical education. He is the author of The White Coat Companion, a best-selling Step 2 Medical Boards preparation tool, and consults regularly with McGraw Hill.

He has also served in consultant roles for Kaufman Hall in their healthcare division.

Mike holds a BS from Brown University, an MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess / Harvard Medical School.

In his free time, Mike is an avid golfer, Peloton rider, and enjoys progressive metal music. He lives outside of Boston with his wife and son.

Jon is the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of EndorseMed: a platform built on the belief that finding a great doctor should not require knowing the right people. EndorseMed makes the trusted recommendations physicians share among themselves available to every patient.

A practicing primary care physician, Jon knows firsthand the importance of access to quality providers, and how critical a good recommendation can be.

Jon has presented nationally on primary care innovation and previously served on the advisory board for the Connecticut Institute for Primary Care Innovation. He previously founded Vitalis Healthspan, a video-based patient education platform that was acquired in 2025.

Jon earned his BA from Wesleyan University, an MD from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and completed his internship and residency at Yale Internal Medicine — Primary Care.

In his free time, Jon enjoys weightlifting, drumming, golfing, and sleeping. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, three children, and Aussiedoodle.
