By accessing or using EndorseMed (endorsemed.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. EndorseMed is operated by EndorseMed, Inc. and is provided as a free public information service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

EndorseMed provides information about physicians sourced from publicly available government and state databases. The content on EndorseMed — including quality scores, rankings, availability data, and physician profiles — is provided for informational purposes only. EndorseMed is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Quality scores are proprietary estimates based on publicly available data and do not constitute a clinical evaluation or recommendation. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. The presence of a physician on EndorseMed does not imply endorsement of that physician. The absence of a physician from EndorseMed does not imply that physician is unqualified.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that physician information displayed on EndorseMed is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information sourced from third-party government databases. Availability data (whether a physician is accepting new patients) is sourced from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and may not reflect real-time practice status. We recommend calling the practice directly to confirm availability. Malpractice and disciplinary data is sourced from public records and may be incomplete or subject to update. A clean record on EndorseMed does not guarantee the absence of claims or actions not yet reflected in public databases.

EndorseMed is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use EndorseMed to search for and learn about physicians for your own healthcare decision-making. You may not use EndorseMed to scrape, harvest, or collect physician data in bulk. You may not use EndorseMed to build competing products or services. You may not use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human user could reasonably produce.

The EndorseMed name, logo, quality scoring methodology, and site design are proprietary to EndorseMed, Inc. Physician data sourced from government databases is public record and is not owned by EndorseMed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on EndorseMed's proprietary content without written permission.

If you are a physician listed on EndorseMed and believe information about you is inaccurate, please contact us at hello@endorsemed.com. We will review your request and update information where appropriate based on verified sources. EndorseMed does not currently offer a paid listing or profile claiming service. All physician rankings are determined solely by our scoring methodology.

EndorseMed displays advertising through third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. Advertisers do not influence physician rankings, quality scores, or the content of physician profiles. Advertising placements are clearly labeled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndorseMed and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on information displayed on EndorseMed. EndorseMed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of EndorseMed shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
